Dear West Running Brook Families:
It was another wintery week! Unfortunately, there was not too much outdoor recess this week. We hope we can get outside next week! Please have your children prepared to be outside in the elements. Recess will be outdoors if the “feels like” temperature is 20 degrees or higher.
We visited teams this week to discuss responsibility, focusing on self motivation and follow-through. We will continue to discuss CARES (Cooperation, Assertiveness, Responsibility, Empathy, Self Control) throughout the year. We encourage you to discuss these concepts with your children.
Candy and Pencil Grams
Kids Care Club will be selling candy and pencil grams during lunches next Tuesday through Friday. Students can send a positive note to their friends and/or teachers! Candy grams cost $1.00 and Kids Care Club will deliver the grams to advisories on Feb 14.
Please help support the Kids Care Club!

Snack Bar
We are noticing many students buying snacks for other students from our snack bar. Although we love the generosity, we would like to remind everyone that students should not buy snacks for other students during school hours.
