End 68 Hours of Hunger Spring Food Drive
This week began our collection for the spring End 68 Hours of Hunger Food Drive. End 68 Hours of Hunger is a volunteer effort to combat the approximately 68 hours of hunger that some schoolchildren experience between the free lunch they receive in school on Friday afternoon and the free breakfast they receive in school on Monday morning. All donations go directly back to students in need right here in Derry, NH. Please see here for a list of suggested items. Items will be collected by house. Students should bring their donations to their pod. The winning house will receive an extra recess!
